On the morning of the 12th, the study tour team from Ciba Diggins Machinery visited Kunming Jiahe Technology Co., Ltd. Under the warm reception of the enterprise leaders, they conducted detailed visits and learning in the production workshop and corporate image exhibition hall.

Kunming Jiahe Technology Co., Ltd. belongs to a different industry than Ciba Diggins Machinery, but their technological R&D capabilities, advanced management concepts, and efficient production equipment undoubtedly provided us with rich learning resources. This visit was not only an inter-industry exchange but also a deep learning experience in management and technology.

Through this visit and learning, the study tour team deeply realized that innovation and refined management are key to sustainable development for any industry.

In the afternoon, the study tour team from Ciba Diggins Machinery continued their journey to a phosphorus mine processing plant with a capacity of 3000 tons/day. This processing plant has maintained a deep cooperation with our company for many years. As their largest equipment supplier, our products and services have always received high praise and firm recognition from them. This visit was not only for learning but also to get closer to customers, deeply understand their needs and expectations. We believe that only by truly understanding customer needs can we better optimize our products and services and further consolidate the foundation of cooperation between both sides.

During the visit to the mining area, team members carefully observed the production line of the processing plant, thoroughly understood the performance of our equipment in actual operation, and had in-depth discussions with on-site staff about the operational efficiency and maintenance of the equipment. Through such on-site inspections, we not only gained valuable field experience but also accumulated firsthand data for future product innovation and technical improvement.
