Recently, Shandong Gold’s first large-scale gold mining project in Ghana—the Namdini gold mine project—successfully underwent trial operation. Ciba Diggins Machinery  provided two 3673 dual-mass energy-saving vibrating screens for this project, which formed a closed circuit with the Metso semi-autogenous mill (11.58 x 5.70 m), achieving highly efficient and stable material processing results. This provides a solid guarantee for the subsequent production efficiency and gold extraction quality of the project.

Project Background

As an important force in the mining industry, Shandong Gold’s first large-scale gold mining project in Ghana carries many expectations. This project is not only a crucial strategic layout for Shandong Gold to expand its international business and tap into new gold resources but also a key project to promote the development of local mining in Ghana and drive economic growth. Once operational, the mine is expected to produce 300,000 ounces (approximately 8.5 tons) annually, making it the third largest gold mine in Ghana and one of the largest in West Africa.

It can accurately screen gold ore materials, even separating ore particles of different sizes with precision, reducing the residence time of materials in the screening process, and ensuring that subsequent procedures receive the required materials promptly.
