From December 2022 to the time of this update, six STM-D3685 two mass vibrating screens ordered by our longstanding Australian customer were all delivered.

Six Two Mass Vibrating Screens Delivered as Scheduled

Each STM-D3685 two mass vibrating screen weighs approximately 50 tons. Considering the large size of the screen body, and to ensure smooth shipment, our company organized colleagues from the Machining and Assembly Plant, the Structural Components Branch, the Coating Department, the Quality Assurance Department, and the Production Management Department to participate together in the lifting operation of the two screens.

As dusk set in, we finally managed to load and ship the two screens thanks to our collaborative efforts.

It has been half a year since the production started in October of last year following the project signing. Throughout this entire period, the lights of the factory area remained illuminated every single night without interruption. Product Details

This screen type is the main model chosen by the customer for iron ore beneficiation plants. To prevent corrosion from seawater, our company has applied polyurea coating on the entire body of the screen and rubber encapsulation on the screen plate supporting frames. This helps achieve long-term and stable resistance to wear and corrosion of the products.
