After 60 days of hard work by all the staff, we entered the equipment acceptance stage of the project by African customers.

After 60 days of production, on May 15, 2023, according to the time agreed in the contract, a group of four senior leaders of their company came to our company for equipment acceptance before delivery.

In order to make customers better understand and master the installation, use, and maintenance of our products, Duan Yanping, Chief Process Design Engineer, and Li Guangming, Manager of the Technology Center, were specially assigned to train on the installation requirements, daily use, and maintenance of the equipment.

The equipment acceptance and related training have been unanimously well-received by customers, and the production efficiency, quality control, process design, and service concept of our company’s equipment have been highly praised.

As the existing equipment in the customer’s mining area is not suitable for producing and treating tailings (less than 30mm) in the rainy season, it is necessary to add more washing equipment. After being recommended by our regular customers, the personnel of this company based in China came to our company for field exchange and investigation.

After communication and confirmation by both parties, on February 1, 2023, our company assigned Yin Quanyun, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, Duan Yanping, Chief Engineer of the Technical Support Department, and Zhang Yunbo, Sales Manager of the International Project Department to go to the mining area for field investigation.

After several rounds of discussion and exchange on process solutions, it was finally determined that the mining area involved four production lines. Among them, the core products are drum washers, grizzly  feeders, heavy-duty plate feeders, vibrating screens, jaw crushers, and so on.

After 60 days of hard work and concerted efforts, all the staff have concentrated on catching up with the schedule to ensure production in order to live up to the trust of every customer.
