On September 16, 2021, Mr. Zhang, General Manager, and his six colleagues of the Company continued to visit customers. The customer of this return visit is somewhat special. It is a regular customer who has cooperated with our Company for 34 years. For us, this visit was more of a visit to an old friend than to a customer.

After a 7-hour journey on a winding mountain road, across the beautiful Xiyang River, they finally arrived at the customer’s antimony concentrator.

A Linear Vibrating Screen that has been Working for 34 Years

This 1100×4500 linear vibrating screen is the first device ordered by the customer. (The first contract was signed on March 14, 1987). It is gratifying that 34 years later, it is still running strongly and normally, continuously bringing economic benefits for customers, and will continue to play its value in the future.

Time is the Best Test of Quality

34 years can transform Master Zhou, the purchaser, from a young lad to a man of style, and can also make the vibrating screen corrosive and rusty.  However, these 34 years are the best quality inspection for this vibrating screen and other equipment of the Company .

However, the best equipment, without good maintenance and care, would not have such a considerable service life.

Later, we visited the entire antimony concentrator plant and saw the flotation unit, vibrating screen, stirred tank, grader, etc. designed and produced by Ciba Diggings Machinery. Not surprisingly, all the equipment is in normal operation. To develop with quality and win praise with service is the management concept of the mineral processing equipment of Ciba Diggings Machinery, and the running equipment on site is the best interpretation.

At the end of the visit, both sides exchanged and suggested the use of existing equipment. Mr. Zhang also introduced the advanced technology of Ciba Diggings Machinery in recent years, expecting more innovative technology and high-quality equipment that could create greater economic value for the customer.
