On November 5, 2020, the new customized product (newly designed split type) STM-D2714X6100 GK vibrating screen was successfully completed and sent to Australia.

In the middle of August, our Company signed a GK screen contract with the customer. The device is a new product customized by the customer, which is quite different from our conventional two mass linear vibrating screen products.

On September 12, the Company held a technical disclosure and production meeting for the device, and all production departments participated in and made actively discussion.

September 14, blanking begins;

September 19, the clamping process begins;

September 25, the upper vibration exciter is assembled;

September 27, the lower screen box is assembled;

October 15, the equipment is transferred to the Machining and Assembly Plant for assembly and commissioning;

On the evening of November 5, loading and delivery.

It takes more than 40 days from the confirmation of the order to the completion of the delivery. With the spirit of creativity, we have once again broken through ourselves and successfully delivered the product.
