Recently, the production progress of our semi-mobile concentrator ordered by the customer has entered the final stage. This set of equipment is a “turnkey” project with a daily output of 300 tons of lead-zinc-copper. 01 Equipment Configuration

Rough crushing unit + fine crushing unit + ore hopper unit + ball mill unit (one-stage grinding) + stirred tank + flotation unit + ball mill unit (two-stage grinding) + stirred tank + flotation unit + concentrate discharge

02 Technical Advantages

The semi-mobile concentrator skips complicated infrastructure, saves a lot of upfront investment funds and shortens the construction period. Each function is modularized, which only requires a simple foundation site. After each equipment unit is in place, it can be used after being energized and water is supplied.

In addition, when the concentrator needs to be relocated to other places, only individual modules need to be split and transported independently.
