The automatic palletizer and the automatic depalletizer are our self-developed products, and the working principles are basically the same.  It has 3 degrees of freedom, i.e. vertical movement, horizontal movement and vertical rotation. The palletizing and unloading of products can be achieved according to the required grouping and number of layers.

Not only does it work fast, but the bottles are tightly and neatly palletized. The price is much lower than that of an industrial robot, and there is no need for professional technicians to operate and supervise it in the later stage. It only needs simple regular lubrication for maintenance.

In addition, as the important equipment of automatic logistics handling and conveying equipment, spiral conveyor, flat top chain conveyor, chain conveyor, belt conveyor, and powered roller conveyor effectively connect the key nodes of the single machines of the whole line and greatly improve the production efficiency.
